General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Rental of Vacation Apartments
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the rental of vacation apartments ("Accommodation") between the Landlord and the Guest. They apply to bookings made via the website as well as bookings made via the Property Management System (PMS).
2. Contract Conclusion
By making a booking (online, in writing, or verbally), the Guest makes a binding offer to conclude a rental agreement. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the Landlord.
3. Payment Terms
- Deposit: 50% of the total price must be paid immediately after booking and at the latest within 3 days. - Final Payment: The remaining amount must be paid in full by no later than 14 days before arrival.
4. Arrival and Departure
- Arrival: from 3:00 PM (or by individual arrangement) - Departure: by 10:00 AM Earlier arrival or later departure is only possible after prior agreement.
5. Cancellation Conditions
- Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation - 30 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price - 14 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total price The date of receipt of the cancellation by the Landlord is decisive.
6. Deposit
No deposit is required.
7. Use of the Accommodation
The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of persons specified in the booking. Parties or events are not permitted without the prior consent of the Landlord. The Guest undertakes to treat the accommodation with care and to report any damage immediately.
8. Pets
Pets may only be brought along with prior written consent.
9. Liability
The Landlord is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
10. Force Majeure
If the stay cannot take place due to force majeure, the Landlord may withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded.
11. Data Protection
Personal data of the Guest is processed exclusively for contract processing.
12. Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the seat of the Landlord, provided that the Guest is a merchant or legal entity.
