"The four of us spent the weekend in this beautiful holiday apartment. It was superbly equipped with a whirlpool and a spacious sauna. The kitchen was modern, and there was a sound system. The location is also excellent, and each room has its own bathroom – perfect for a group of friends. We'd love to come back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Lodge 2713. The apartment is beautiful and lacks nothing. We especially loved the wellness area with its sauna, infrared cabin, and huge whirlpool, perfect for relaxing. Each room has its own bathroom, making the accommodation ideal for several couples. The region is great for ski touring, cross-country skiing, and sledding. There are also smaller ski areas for downhill skiing. The stunning Königssee lake is just around the corner. We felt very comfortable, especially because of the warm hospitality, and will definitely be back again in the summer."

"We booked Lodge 2713, including a private spa, for four people, and our stay was simply fantastic. It was exactly what we needed to relax for a few days. There was something for everyone, whether it was hiking right from the lodge or simply enjoying the breathtaking view from the terrace, where we could comfortably read a book or relax in the pool. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and in excellent, modern condition. We were also able to run errands from the lodge and found the central location to be superb. For us, it was a perfect stay with plenty of relaxation, if that's what you're looking for. The host's tips added a personal touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. "A dream lodge in a perfect location! There were seven of us staying at Lodge 2713, and we thoroughly enjoyed the region. Schönau am Königssee, Berchtesgaden, and Ramsau are ideally situated – Königssee, Hintersee, the Kehlsteinhaus (Eagle's Nest), the salt mine, and the town of Berchtesgaden are all within easy reach. Hiking trails start right at the doorstep. Even at this time of year, with the Christmas market, it's simply wonderful. The sauna and whirlpool are the absolute highlight, and the view of the mountains from the whirlpool is simply sensational. Overall, the lodge is very modern and new, cozy, and offers excellent value for money. We will definitely be back! We also felt very well taken care of by our warm and welcoming hosts, Lena and Markus."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect accommodation after long days in the mountains As a mountaineer from Innsbruck, I regularly explore the Berchtesgaden region – and Lodge 2713 was the ideal accommodation for me and my two hiking companions after several long days in the mountains. We felt incredibly welcome as soon as we arrived: a fruit platter was waiting for us on the table – and as a special treat, even a jar of honey from the family's own production. After our hikes, we truly appreciated the comfort of the lodge: the cozy rooms, the high-quality furnishings, and especially the wellness area. The combination of sauna, whirlpool, and relaxation areas was exactly what we needed after 8-10 hours on the mountain. Since Markus and Lena themselves spend a lot of time in the mountains, they are the perfect place for insider tips. Their recommendations for tours, mountain huts, and viewpoints were spot on. For anyone who loves mountain sports and is looking for true relaxation in the evenings, Lodge 2713 is highly recommended. We will definitely be back!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lodge 2713. The lodge is decorated in a modern, Bavarian style and is very spacious. Nothing is missing here. As wellness fans, we were very excited about the new sauna and whirlpool. The whirlpool is huge, and we spent many wonderful hours there. PS: We were four people, and the pool easily accommodates six to eight people. Plus, the breathtaking mountain view of the Berchtesgaden Alps is free of charge. Finally, I would like to thank our hosts Lena and Markus, who fulfilled our every special request (e.g., bread roll delivery). You can tell that they are both passionate hosts. We are already looking forward to our next stay for skiing."
